Hamilton PSA is collecting the tops from Nestlé cereal boxes to exchange them for Dorling Kindersley books as part of the Nestlé Box Tops for Books campaign. In the last two years the scheme has generated over 120,000 books for the thousands of schools that are participating in the initiative.
This year’s campaign opened on 1 September 2006, and the closing date for submitting box tops is 31 March 2007. Please post your qualifying box tops in the collecting box outside the school office.
Nestlé say that “it takes as little as 10 tokens to get one book” so every token counts.
Alternatively, since we are parents, let’s not forget Baby Milk Action’s objections to Nestlé’s marketing and its response to the Box Tops for Books campaign.
