If you feel that Tesco deserves your custom, then don’t forget to collect their ‘Computers for Schools’ vouchers each time you shop. You can donate these to help benefit Hamilton. Last year the school collected 25,445 vouchers which were used to acquire scanners, robots and other items. The collecting box for these vouchers is in the entrance hall opposite the school office.
To boost the voucher total this year Hamilton is also collecting ink jet cartridges and mobile phones for recycling. A working mobile phone is worth 40 vouchers and a non-working phone 15 vouchers.
Vouchers, mobile phones and ink jet cartridges can be sent into school with your children or placed in the containers provided.
The last day that vouchers will be available in stores is 13 May, and all vouchers have to be banked by 28 September. Ordered items will be delivered to the school in the Autumn term.
