All I want for Christmas part 3

Tuesday, October 30th, 2007

Before half-term many of the children were busy making Christmas cards which you can pay to get printed, to send to family and friends, with funds being raised for the PSA. If you have forgotten to hand the card, order form and payment in by the original deadline of a week ago, don’t worry. The deadline has been extended until the end of this week. However, it is not guaranteed that cards ordered at this stage will arrive back with the original order. Please contact Mrs Ashdown with any queries on 01206 549559.

The ordered cards will be returned to parents via their child.

As well as the fundraising, pupils learned how getting ‘denimised’ would help other boys and girls. Mrs Anderson gave a Powerpoint presentation to Key Stage 2 children explaining how they money would be used, to the accompaniment of jeans-related music, and Miss Wilding told the Key Stage 1 children how wearing their jeans would help.

Doctor Who - Dalek Sec Hybrid Voice FX MaskWhat is going to be the best-selling toy this Christmas? According to The Guardian it is the Doctor Who – Dalek Sec Hybrid Voice FX Mask. When you put it on it makes your voice sound like a human/Dalek hybrid. So, not much chance of peace on Earth this Christmas then.

And like previous years’ “must-have” toys, this one isn’t cheap at around £34. Still, if you do fancy getting one for Christmas, your purchase can benefit Hamilton PSA: buy it from Amazon.co.uk via the link below and Hamilton PSA will earn up to 10% of the price you pay in commission.
