There are just two weeks to go until our first Christmas Bazaar and we need some more help please.
We need:
- help with setting up in the afternoon of the Bazaar (Friday 28 November). If you can help, we’ll be meeting at 1.30pm outside the school office.
- three helpers for the children’s craft stalls
- three people to help serve refrehsments, mince pies, mulled wine and hotdogs
- three to four people to help with face painting
We also need the following items:
- soft toys for the Cuddly Tombola
- chocolate for the Chocolate Tombola
- hand-made cards and Christmas decorations, or other items for the Craft stall
- unwanted and unused bubble bath and cosmetics for the Fancy Goods stall
- jam jars filled with sweets, crayons etc for the Prize Every Time stall
- bottles for Mr Reynolds’ stall: they an be any type of bottle from ketchup to brandy!
- buttons, ribbons and kitchen roll tubes for the Children’s Craft area
- homemade chutneys and jams
- old tinsel to decorate the hall
Please drop off these items on the bench outside the school office.
We’d also welcome donations of cakes, home-made or shop-bought, for the cake stall. Please bring them to school on the day of the bazaar.
