More help needed for Christmas Bazaar

Christmas tree

There are just two weeks to go until our first Christmas Bazaar and we need some more help please.

We need:

  • help with setting up in the afternoon of the Bazaar (Friday 28 November). If you can help, we’ll be meeting at 1.30pm outside the school office.
  • three helpers for the children’s craft stalls
  • three people to help serve refrehsments, mince pies, mulled wine and hotdogs
  • three to four people to help with face painting

We also need the following items:

  • soft toys for the Cuddly Tombola
  • chocolate for the Chocolate Tombola
  • hand-made cards and Christmas decorations, or other items for the Craft stall
  • unwanted and unused bubble bath and cosmetics for the Fancy Goods stall
  • jam jars filled with sweets, crayons etc for the Prize Every Time stall
  • bottles for Mr Reynolds’ stall: they an be any type of bottle from ketchup to brandy!
  • buttons, ribbons and kitchen roll tubes for the Children’s Craft area
  • homemade chutneys and jams
  • old tinsel to decorate the hall

Please drop off these items on the bench outside the school office.

We’d also welcome donations of cakes, home-made or shop-bought, for the cake stall. Please bring them to school on the day of the bazaar.

If you would like to speak to us about ways you can help them please contact Ruth Doherty on 01206 533176 or email .
